7X7 – Worldwide Solstice Crystalline Meditation
Stillness resides in the middle of every tiny or major happening. Stillness is the portal that connects dimensions and realities beyond time and space. ‘Be still like a Tuatara’ , - that is what my beloved Maori friend kept telling me when I was in New Zealand. It is like being in the eye of the storm. No matter how harsh or challenging situations earthly life throws in front of you, as long as you are able to stay in this stillness. It is not being rude, distant, closed or selfish, but all the opposite. It is being in the middle of every single action, feeling the core of every single living thing around you. It is the greatest compassion one can achieve. Our crystalline reality is ready to present all its beauty to us. The only thing required from our side is connecting our eternal self. The ultimate sign of this reconnection is to be able to be present in every single moment and through this stillness to be present constantly in the very center of our hearts. There are certain universal waves arriving on a daily basis now that can greatly enhance this process of finding our eternal balance. The more crystalline wisdom, universal light arrives to our cells, the easier it is to re-balance ourselves. The turbulent energetic configurations witnessed on a daily basis now are the catalysts of this process. The eclipses filled Solstice period is a great opportunity to anchor this crystalline light into our own physical reality. The crystalline vibration stored in our body can enhance our adjustments to the upcoming planetary, universal changes. There is a very simple method to open our physical self up for these arriving transformational crystalline codes. It can be part of your daily mediation anytime but the upcoming Solstice can greatly effect its benevolent vibrations not only for us but for the entire planet. I invite you for this Crystalline Solstice meditation at 7AM local time. Of course if this hour is too early you are welcome to join this worldwide crystalline opening meditation on the Solstice day anytime that suits you the best. Find a silent, peaceful spot, it will not be difficult around 7 in the morning. Sit comfortably and start to breath deeply. The FIRST Seven inhales and exhales are about preparing your body. Every inhale invites healing, clearing vibration into your system, while the exhales send out everything that cannot serve your body, mind and heart anymore. At the end of the FIRST Seven you create a Golden Bubble around you that enable you to work in the highest most protected vibration. The SECOND Seven deep inhales and exhales connect your heart to the Heart of Mother Earth. Deep, slow breathing deepens the connection. The THIRD Seven will connect you to the Heart of the Universe. Send your love to the Universal center with the exhales and feel as every inhale deepens the eternal connection. The FOURTH Seven opens your physical body to the Crystalline Light codes to arrive to the very center of your body from the Heart of the Universe, through the Light of the Sun. These seven inhales open your whole body for this most special vibration and coming down through your chakras, they arrive to your physical body fully by the end of the seventh inhales, while the exhales seal it perfectly. Before the FIFTH’s round you are leaving your body, to be able to see the whole planet from above. Our beloved tiny blue pearl needs our help and love to be able to open herself to the coming Crystalline Light waves from the Heart of the Universe. With the inhales you are allowed to take a huge amount from this universal light, while the exhales send these amounts to the heart of the planet. At the end of the seven breaths, as we are acting as a transmitter, a Crystalline White Shining Sphere forms around Gaia. For the SIXTH Seven just breathe comfortably. You find yourself back into your body and you can feel as this beautiful shiny white sphere slowly forms a personal veil around you, taking the silhouette of your physical body. Your reactivated Crystalline Body is in perfect alignment with the crystalline body of the planet. The SEVENTH Seven breath simply draws the crystalline body closer to the physical. The inhales help your physical cells receive this crystalline light, while the exhales make the crystalline field around you stronger, connecting into one beautiful shiny white sphere the whole planet and all those who received it. The SEVEN times SEVEN can be separated by intervals of comfortable breathing to prepare your self for the upcoming round. It is a pleasant, peaceful method. No need to force anything, just breathe and let the flow take you deeper and deeper to your crystalline still reality. You are shining now. This Solstice is the next grand portal for these ancient vibrations to return. You are welcome to repeat this crystalline mediation as often as you would like to enhance this connection to your newly awakened crystalline center and through it, to the stillness that connects you to the entire reality matrix we are all part of with perfect alignment to the Heart of the Cosmos and the Heart of our beloved Mother Earth.
